“Good fast delivery and packaging and good price. Customer services very helpful, as wanted to check that doors were plain white plastic and not oak wood effect, which can be grey.... These doors look great and very neat when in place, but proved very difficult to cut to size as the plastic splinters and splits as it is incredibly thin and brittle, big chunks missing from bottom, but you don't notice once up. Tried everything to get good straight cut, but proved difficult.you have to be very careful as they are doors are fragile.”

“Item was sent to wrong address twice, only found its way to me after I chased it up with delivery people. When finally arrived there was a hole through door so no use at all. Could not get a refund until they revcieved door back. Placed order on 28/9, eventually got a refund on the 11/10! Amazing how refunds take time but payments to companies are instant. definitely would not recommend or use again”

“The door is great quality and was well packaged to protect it from transport damage. The only thing that was unexpected was an extra charge for delivery for the Aberdeen area. It states on the website that it is free UK delivery, but in the small print there are areas that have an additional charge. Still, a very positive experience. The door and frame look great and there was no scratch to be found when it was unpacked.”
